Marine Biology is cool

Marine biology is pretty cool. It's my goal in life: To be a marine biologist.
This website goes over what marine biology is, why it is studied, and how to become one. For some fun bonuses, I've also included fun-facts on a variety of sea animals, such as seals, crabs, sharks, and coral (check to the right for that) and a quiz to test your knowledge after you've read the first three tabs.
If I were to be a marine biologist, my dream study would be on the evolution of crabs. For some reason that we don't know yet, evolution keeps making things that look like crabs. This has happened so often we even have a name for it; carcinization.
Carcinization is so interesting because it's a convergent evolution that's happened five separate times. Convergent evolution is where two animals evolve the same traits indepedently of each other, such as both bats and crabs having wings. This process is very fascinating to me and I would love to research it when I'm older.
If you're curious about anything under the water, this website also features an information collection template. This way, you can look into animals and put together information of them.
